I’m interested in a cheap protein option. I found a used Schwinn ic3 for $350. I could afford a better bike, but figured I’d ask if that’s a decent price? Retails 500-800 new.

I have a Schwinn IC4 and can answer any questions about it. I use it with the Peloton app. I don't know if its considered cheap, but its cheaper than a Peloton bike.
From what I know, people that sell their IC4's are getting almost what they paid new. Not sure about the IC3.

That is a great price. I bought a new Schwinn IC3 recently for $600. I use it with the Peloton app. The only thing that I don’t like is that there is no feedback on how much resistance you have it set to. There is a knob to turn to increase resistance but I usually just guess where to be during the workouts. Another small thing is the cadence figure alternates with the speed.
I really wanted the IC4 but it was out of stock for a long time.
