1. Last song you listened to? 2. One thing you do that's just for you? 3. One thing guaranteed to make you happy? 4. Most recent purchase that you'd recommend to others?
1. Last song you listened to? Persuit of Happiness - Kid Cudi
2. One thing you do that's just for you? Work out. I am still trying to master crow pose, but it's slightly less epic fails now.
3. One thing guaranteed to make you happy? Weekend morning snuggles. My kids are both early risers, but on weekends, they'll stay out of my room until 8. At which point they both sneak in and snuggle and it is the best.
4. Most recent purchase that you'd recommend to others? Mighty Patches. Because I've never had a pimple go away that quickly. (I never thought I'd still be getting pimples at this age.)
1. I can't remember the exact one. I was listening to the Blend this morning. 2. Read 3. I'm still feeling crappy right now, but this too shall pass. 4. Dh and I enjoyed playing Death at the Dive Bar. You can only play it once, so if you are OK with spending $30 on it, but I figured it was for a date night. Don't write on the materials like we did and then you can gift it to someone else.
1. Last song you listened to? "Over the rainbow" It was DD's last break song that her teacher plays everyday 2. One thing you do that's just for you? Reading or painting 3. One thing guaranteed to make you happy? Walking on the beach in my bare feet 4. Most recent purchase that you'd recommend to others? I haven't bought anything other than groceries lately...
1. Last song you listened to? Something from Hamilton. My DD and DH are both obsessed with it.
2. One thing you do that's just for you? Walk with my bff 5 days a week.
3. One thing guaranteed to make you happy? Pancake breakfast on Sundays. Both kids love pancakes and are so happy and grateful when we make them at home.
4. Most recent purchase that you'd recommend to others? I got some really cute and comfy sports bras and yoga/exercise pants at Target.
1. Last song you listened to? Gaslighter by The Chicks. I'm obsessed with the new album.
2. One thing you do that's just for you? I love getting my nails done or doing my nails myself. Ever since high school, I've loved giving myself a weekly manicure and using fun colors and designs.
3. One thing guaranteed to make you happy? Reading a book at the lake
4. Most recent purchase that you'd recommend to others? Shark robot vacuum. So glad I splurged on it!
1.This morning Ice Ice Baby came on when I was heading to preschool drop off.
2. Exercise. One great thing about DH and I both WFH is that I can now exercise again first thing in the morning. DH used to leave for work by 5:15 everyday so I couldn’t leave the kids at home to run right when I wake up, and now I can.
3. Cold coke - but has to be Mexican coke in the glass bottle. I have one as a treat every afternoon and I’ll go to multiple grocery stores searching for them and then stock up and look like a crazy person with only 20 mexican coke bottles in my cart.
4. Trying to think of this one...this is super boring, but my favorite white noise machine (LectroFan) is 30% off on amazon, so I bought two yesterday for when mine die/maybe as gifts.

1. Something Damien Rice. I was feeling my college years last night. 2. I take really hot showers. Don’t bug me. 3. Being outside, especially in the woods. 4. I recently bought a very nice cotton robe from Parachute.
librarychica, I love long hot showers. Sometimes that is my only alone time all day. If I take a bath the dog keeps barging into the bathroom to check on me.
Long hot showers are the best! I have no desire to ever have a fancy bathroom with a big soaker tub, but my dream is to have a giant shower with multiple shower heads and a bench.

twinmomma, beau and I talk about what we would put in our house if we built a house. A giant shower with lots of shower heads is top of our list. We've both lived in houses that had jetted tubs and agree that we would never use one. I lived in my last house for 9 years that had one and probably used it 4 or 5 times.
1. The legally blonde musical soundtrack 2. Dinner boxes. It makes meal planning easy. And grocery delivery as I hate going to stores. 3. Hugs from my kiddos 4. Rothys. I haven’t worn them a full day yet but they seem cute and comfy so far.
