Help me! LOL

I'm looking for the below pictured handles but I need them in an odd size 5.5" on center hole. It's like the cabinet manufacturer doesn't want to replace the handles, because the selection out there for this size as far as I can tell is very limited. I'm willing to pay up to between $10-$15 each, but I haven't been able to find this specific design in the size that I need in any price range. Any help would be appreciated. I might even consider something similar as long as it is the same overall aesthetic. I'm trying to marry traditional and contemporary style in my new bathroom and had my heart set on this handle. Thank you!

Yes! Etsy is normal go to for stuff like this. I've been combing through the listing and found some stuff that is okay, but not the squared off block shaped on that I really like. The one you linked is closer to the look I'm going for but I can't tell if the 5.5" measurement listed is center hole or the length of the entire handled, I'll need to message the seller.  Thank you!

Shoot! Sorry, OP. This sort of thing can be frustrating. I ended up doing cup pulls for kitchen cabinets b/c the holes just wouldn't work for anything else I liked. I found these - they have 5.5" listed, but doesn't specify if they are center to center.
