So I know it is going to very close, but the way PA has trended ALL day. Couldn’t it be called by now? I feel like they call states all the time without all the votes in. Don’t we know enough about PA? They are going to make us wait, huh.
It seems really unlikely they would call it for a candidate not in the lead.

Do you think once he get the lead, they will call it? Or will they wait for all votes?
Also, if (*when!) Biden pulls this off... we are going to finally have a woman VP! I mean, it should have been President four years ago, but we will have a woman up there in the second highest position in our country. I’m so excited about Trump being ousted that I almost forget what a huge fucking deal this is. I am going to ugly cry for sure when this all hits me.
I’ve been thinking about this too. Be hopeful! Imagine Inauguration night!

I know that there’s still a very good chance that it still won’t go blue, but this is SO exciting! If for nothing else, it REALLY hits home that EVERY vote matters! Personal outreach and connecting with people matters! We have a lot to learn from GA and TX.
I'm also at work til 7a, and have been really busy, so very slowly catching up on this thread. Thank you for all the gritty! And the thrilling vote count updates but especially the gritty!
Crazy Steve on MSNBC said a few 1000 left, some being from gwinnitt (sp?) County, so not all red.
He also mentioned a lot of the military ballots have already been counted and they are due today so they might not have that big of an impact.
I hope he's right! NYT has Gwinnett at 98% reported, NPR at 100%. Decision day says >99% of all votes for GA reported...but obviously ~1% of 5M is huge here.
I'm really hoping Abrams can help with the senate runoffs. They seem a lot less likely to go the Dem way but her organization is a force.
I know zero about organizing in politics but will it be easier because it’s just two races? Dems can send people to help and there’s a singular focus? All I know is my money will be going to whatever group is organizing this.
