Friday and Saturday: the last 2 workouts of my current 4 week lifting cycle. I'm off work for the next week, and am going to delay starting my next cycle so I can just have fun this week skating, hiking, biking, whatever.
Today: a 17.5 mile skate, the longest I've done in quite a while since I've been rehabbing my Achilles tendon. It felt pretty good!

Sunday live virtual HIIT class
I totally forgot about it and thankfully was just my email right when the class started. I jumped out of bed and was only 3 minutes late to class, ha. I was planning to will myself to go running but it was all cloudy so I stayed inside after my workout
Fri - ran 3 mi with my DD2 on her scooter Sat - ran 5.75 mi Sun - thought I’d do at least 3, but felt good, so wound up running 10.6 mi. Took a mini nap after that.
