Oh, I love the Patterns for Pirates one (Walk the Plank). Sewing the elastic is a different process than I was used to, but I kinda love that method now.
I haven’t bought it yet, but Violette Fields Threads just released the Gracie pattern - classic PJ top and bottom, in long and short versions. Everything is 50% off now, too!
OH I totally missed that VFT released that style of pajama pattern. Just bought it, thank you!
The P4P ones didn't fit her well in the butt. I normally have to blend sizes for her (for added height) but she has a booty so bottoms are always an adventure. VFT fits her really well, though.

If you learn to draft a longer rise, it might save you in the long run.
I have the Walk the Plank ones because they were free. P4P just released their cozy pants pattern, for women and kids. Those look comfy! But already very similar to a pattern I already own (Portlander pants from New Horizons on Etsy), which is also very comfortable and are actually the pants I'm wearing right now, haha. But I don't think they have a kids' version.
Oh and Melly Sews has a whole bunch of free patterns (you just have to subscribe to her newsletter for the password to her pattern gallery) that includes pajamas! I'll start you off at this link but I know they're in there somewhere. mellysews.com/tutorials/
