Fri: Off/rest (but I did go for a walk) Sat: 7 mile run Sun: 50 min spin
Between the crap weather last week and what's being forecast for this week, it's been hard to get my runs in, since I don't have access to a treadmill. I'm hoping to get out yet today for a run before the rain/snow comes!
Fri: 20 min run + strength circuit + 15 min abs that I am still sore from today Sat: 75 min Peloton cycle Sun: 30 min cycle + 30 min run + 45 min walk with family (we've been walking the cart path at a golf course and H and the kids throw a football. Its one of my new favorite pandemic traditions. Its only possible because we have no snow yet)
