Merry Christmas! Santa brought me running socks that will cover my ankles so they don’t freeze this winter and an ear and so my ears stay toasty. Oh! And some leggings. But I’ll use those to sit around my house in bc they feel more like lounge wear 😊

Since I buy me and myself their Christmas gifts, we got new mountain bike shoes and cleats, a Crank Brothers multi tool to carry on the Ebike, new long finger cycling gloves, and new winter off road shoe covers (to keep my feet warm) for the new shoes.

We didn't do gifts this year so I got absolutely nothing, which is exactly what I wanted.

I did however, drop some cash on a serious upgrade to my home gym about 2 months ago.

I am also contemplating using my (as yet to be received) holiday bonus to spring for a pair of top of the line, fully custom speed skates. The only thing stopping me is the pain of breaking in a new pair of speed skates, which is absolute torture, although one would presume it would be less terrible with fully custom skates...

Merry merry! I bought us some 15, 20, and 25 lb dumbbells. I also bought myself some Bombas to run in and my family got me a NASA tank that I will probably use for working out.

I've been upping my strength training and mentioned I've wanted 15 lb dumbbells but they've been sold out everywhere. H found me some 14 lb ones.

SIL got me a gift card to my favorite running store. I could roll in pay for part of my new shoes but kind of want to splurge on a fun new top or something.
