Testing and contact tracing are still remarkably good here. Test results back in less than 24 hours and a really high percentage of cases contact traced, even in the homeless population.
I did think the contact tracing questions were pretty hilarious when 3-year-old DS2 was exposed in October. They wanted to know if he still lived at the residence, whether he vaped or had a history of emphysema, etc.
