Thursday & Friday: Off, I rode 5 days in a row, was exhausted, and had to get some stuff done. Saturday: 25 mile gravel ride Sunday: 27+ mile gravel ride

Thursday: 55 minute spin plus strength Friday: 50 minute spin Saturday: 8 mile run in the rain, ugh Sunday:45 minute spin plus strength
I’m so over the rain. It rained Thursday through today, and Saturday was supposed to be clear, hence my run,but halfway through it started raining. And it’s only 35* which is the worst. I’d rather it snow. I wish I could go back to the gym. BUT! Overall it’s been a good exercise start to the new year.
I have been battling a headache for days now. The new year basically started with it and it has not really gone away. So I just walked every day of the weekend for about an hour. I did try to keep up the pace but it was not really the exercise I was hoping for. It was nice to be outside though!
Friday- Probably nothing. I don't remember Saturday- walked 5.5 miles- Day 1 of yoga with Adriene challenge Sunday- went back to the beginning and did couch to 5k week 1, day 1. I went further once that was finished to complete the 5k distance for a challenge I am in. I continued the walk/run strategy the whole way. - Day 2 of Yoga with Adriene challenge.
I also got in a fight with a friend which expended a lot of energy and got me some major steps, because I was pacing around the house. Lol. ( laughing at the pacing and getting steps. I am not happy I am in a fight with a friend).
