It was really cold here this weekend. The windchills didn't get out of the mid-20s on Saturday. Even my fleece cycling tights did little to keep me warm. I froze the entire ride. It was a bit better today since it was not as windy and the sun was out.
Friday and Saturday: weight training. I'm in week 2 of a cy le focusing on hip thrusts and bench presses using a reverse pyramid method and am LOVING it!
Sunday: a great 15 mile skate with friends.
You guys are making me even more grateful for our beautiful weather! It went from 37 this morning to 70 right now. It is gorgeous out!
I randomly encountered two of my friends while I was running, one on Friday and one on Saturday, and stopped (far apart) to talk with them each for about a half hour. That was really nice. And then my kids were like, “You were gone a long time; how far did you run!?” Well... not that far, haha.

My usual latley, so nothing interesting.
Fri: 20 ish minute run + strength circuit (I do a 20 min Peloton run class and then run a few extra minutes so I can get 3 miles. I decided to track all my miles this year, so normally I wouldn't bother. This is also fueled by wanting to beat H in running miles this year )
Sat: 60 min Peloton cycle classes
Sun: 60 min Peloton cycle classes. @ We also took the kids to a snow tubing place and my Garmin recorded it as a 1 hour and 20 minute walk. You did have to walk from the bottom of the hill to the lift, but I didn't think I was working that hard!
