Not a bad January considering a lot of the longer rides were gravel, which is almost always less distance than road riding for the same amount of time. Plus, trainer rides during the week.
I ran 69.7 mi, walked 5.6 mi, did yoga 16x, and lifted a few different days for a total of 42 exercises (x2). I did something all 31 days in January, and gave blood. Off to a decent start for me.
Running: 79.3 miles (I wish I had known this saturday - I would have added enough to hit 80, ha!) Cycling: 154 miles Strength: 4x
I need February to be less frigid and snowy so I can up my running miles a bit. So far...that's not looking to promising.
Right?! I wanted to set a goal of 70+ miles for Feb but the 10 day forecast has snow most days (including 12-18" today), so I'm not sure how realistic that is. So frustrating. I really wish I had a treadmill.
