Saturday-amazing 21 mile skate with my racing partner. We both had a great skate and shaved an incredible 5.46 minutes off our previous PR for that route!
Sunday-rehabbing an elbow injury, so a bodyweight/TRX/HIIT workout instead of my usual heavy lifting day.
Monday-some YouTube dance cardio workout. I cant wait until it's light enough and warm enough for skating or biking before work. ~4 more weeks or so!

I'm really looking forward to getting outside for some running later this week. Temps will finally be in the 20's. I'm not that hardcore to be out there when there are wind chill warnings.
