Fri: 30 min Peloton class + strength Sat: 45 min Peloton Sun: 60 min Peloton
It was finally nice enough to run outside yesterday. My first time running at all since end of January due to our treadmill breaking and we had a cold snap. Wow am I sore! Probably should have eased into it vs going for 5 miles. My body is reminding me of my age I guess :/
