YOU GUYS! I accidentally cornered a bobcat on my short, 12-mile sunrise skate this morning! He crouched down and watched me as I nervoualy skated 6' from him. I'm not gonna lie-I nearly shit myself.
Otherwise: Friday-super fun dancehall style cardio dance workout on YouTube.
Saturday- weightlifting workout with a HIIT finisher. After spending weeks rehabbing my elbow, I was finally able to do some light deadlifts. Yay, progress!
Fri: yoga Sat: yoga Sun: hike (+ some moderate sprinting, when I got the text to hurry and get a J&J vaccine before they’d have to pitch it - such an awesome surprise today)

Once it gets warmer I’m going to get back in to running. I’ve never been a walker but I’ve gotten more in to it recently. My partner got me an Apple Watch, so I do think it motivates me to get on my feet more when I otherwise wouldn’t.
Fri: 20 minute run + strength Sat: 75 min Peloton cycle Sun: 5 mile run
We've been spoiled by unseasonably warm weather the last 4 days and it's amazing how much it lifts my mood. We took out bikes out for a spin on Saturday and even though we had to dodge a lot of puddles and water, it was so nice to be back out there.
@peep wow! I don't even know what I would have done. I encountered a coyote on a run once years ago. As I got closer, it did not move. It stood in the trail and was not scared of me. I slowly retreated and found a different path. It was huge and I wasn't going to take my chances. I was also about .5 mile from downtown Mpls. Crazy!

I did nothing but spent all my time grading. I just submitted midterm grades and look forward to this weekend. Although we are supposed to get a massive snowstorm.
