After our offer was accepted we realized it's not listed in the contract either way, as being specifically included (along with the major appliances) or specifically excluded/not conveying, so we still need to confirm 100% whether it's going to convey. If it does, and I would guess that's the more likely case, I am inclined to leave it for a bit to see if we use it. I'm antsy to get the pool out so we can start working on the landscaping changes that will flow from that, but the hot tub doesn't really affect anything in that way.
It might be nice to keep. While I didn't want one of those palatial master baths that's the size of my current guest room, I was sort of hoping to have space for a tub. I don't think that will be the case (the master bath is the white and green one PIPed in the OP). So a hot tub might be a nice substitute.

That makes sense--especially because you're in a colder climate a hot tub might be really nice! So exciting!
