March was pretty low key. I pulled a muscle (that wasn’t a blood clot), had a procedure, gave blood, and took a few days off. Probably the biggest physical win was getting a covid vaccine (J&J). I did something 26/31 days.

In April, I’d like to run more, lift (whoops) and possibly drop a couple of pounds. There’s a chance I will swim a few times too since I’m vaccinated... tbd.
