It’s interesting because their outdoor mask policy change a few weeks ago did not specify for vaccinated guests only. Curious to see if there will be any enforcements for children who are obviously under 12 and can’t be vaccinated.
ETA- wording on Disney website says non-vaccinated are expected to wear masks in indoor spaces = no enforcement

The policy just changed back to masks required indoors as well as on transportation for all people, vaccinated or not, I believe starting today.
DH and I just got back on Wednesday from a trip and I wish this had been in effect while there. It was super crowded, no social distancing and maybe 5% of people wearing masks including the under 12 crowd who definitely are not vaccinated. We’re both vaccinated and I wasn’t worried when we booked the trip months ago but the Delta variant made me nervous while there.

I’m relieved they changed the mask policy. We’ll be there next week. I’m wondering how well they can enforce it though. A lot of the indoor spaces are dark, and there aren’t a lot of CMs wandering through indoor queues.

We are semi-local and go a lot. Just got back yesterday from a staycation so was there for the changeover.
Disney is really short staffed right now and it's really, really, really crowded. Like, more than I've seen any other summer. The lines are extremely long, in the sun, and it's hot. People seem to be doing good with adhering to the indoor mask but struggle in outdoor lines in the mask because the heat is just oppressive. And there are not CM's posted everywhere because they don't have enough hired to even come close to that. Many of the CM's are doing what is normally the job of 2-3 people, too, so they miss a lot.
In the hotels, restaurants, stores I saw nearly 100%. But those are all air-conditioned with more visibility from CM's.
We had stopped going to anything indoors when they did away with the masks all together and I am SO glad they brought it back, though I wish they hadn't been so quick to raise capacity and remove spacing/distancing.
I envision this is going to leave to more cast members being yelled at and possibly physically accosted like we saw when they were mandatory before. I think it's the right thing to do given the situation in Florida and Orange County, but I wish these poor CMs had the support they needed to enforce this without being fearful of how guests will react.
