I just wanted to update.
I got a positive this month and promptly went in to see the RI. I got ivig last week and saw a yolk sack today. I’m going back to their office weekly, hoping the allergist/immunology dr my RI sent me to can get the ivig covered by insurance and at a local infusion center. So far my immune labs have been decent. I go back next week and should hopefully see more, maybe a heartbeat if I’m lucky.
My emotions are all over the place after losing the last 6 pregnancies. Trying to take it one day at a time.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.

Update:
Saw a heartbeat although hard to see, the clinic is confident about it. I still have a small sch, instructed to lay low and keep my feet up this weekend. Still trying to deal with that maddening immunology office who is supposed to help with ivig coverage.
A lot of mixed emotions, wondering if this is going to really happen or not.

Omg I’m smiling so big! Everything crossed for you and that little embryo my friend.

I just got home. Growing on schedule with a heartbeat I could see this time! The sch is still there, still needing to lay low, increase my pio (ugh my butt is sore) and hold lovenox briefly. I am out of town next Friday, so I am going to my regular ob the Monday after I’m on vacation. Fingers crossed though my real worries are closer to the end of the first trimester/early second tri. Really hoping all these immune meds do the trick.

I’ve clearly been stalking you for this update. Such amazing news. Really really really hoping this is it for you and holding you in my thoughts until your next scan. ❤️❤️

My immune labs keep going up (what they believe is the cause of my prior losses). I’m already on a ton of immune meds and scheduled for ivig this week. They wanted me to pay for a double dose, which I can’t swing as they will want me to get it every other week.. I’m hoping the single dose is enough and really hoping that the doctor (who is like a snail and has been working on this since January) can get his act together and try to get my insurance to pay for the ivig.

Oh! This is wonderful news. I hope they are able to keep your immune labs at a comfortable level. I'm sorry you have to navigate that, and hopefully they pick up the pace! Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you 💗

Update: saw my regular ob today because I had to miss the RI to go to the lake last weekend. Everything still looks fine, he thinks the sch is smaller based on the measurement, but isn’t worried about the sch. One more appointment under my belt. I go in Friday to see the RI again.
The plus side is prednisone has brought my nausea and fatigue to a way more manageable level than all the other first trimesters I’ve slogged through.

Latest update: measuring on time and still had a heart beat. 9 weeks now. Waiting for lab results to come through. Now is when I start to get more nervous though- 4 losses between 11-15 weeks. Just have to try to trust that the immune meds are doing their job.

Today's update: Went to the RI office - measuring on time/one day ahead, still has a heartbeat. My SCH is gone (yay!). Bad news is the immunologist doesn't think I'm going to get IVIG covered. The office is terrible at communication, but that's what I'm being told by the RI office NP who spoke directly with the immunologist. Very frustrating because he told he thought he had a chance if he had a bunch of labs checked, made me drive there for a second appointment even though he hadn't done any of the work after the first visit, just wanted me to pay for another visit. But now he doesn't even think I need labs drawn because it won't be covered. Gah. Hopefully what I am doing is enough. I know some of you have been waiting, so wanted to give you the update.

Sorry it’s not covered but so Glad to hear you’re still pregnant with a healthy baby!

Update: all still looks good on ultrasound. Waiting on labs. Will probably feel like we are holding our breaths until 15 weeks, but getting there. Thank you all for your support ❤️
