For very short drives there is skydiving up in Snohomish and hot air ballooning over in Woodinville, and for a slightly longer drive there is zip lining on Camano Island. I don't know how you get into doing it, but one of my former co-workers was super into kite boarding, and it seems as though the various lakes around WA are really good for that.

My sister skydived in Snohomish and had a great time and my family did hot air ballooning in Woodinville.
There is also zip-lining in the Renton area somewhere that my family did (I’m terrified of heights so didn’t go)
I bought my now husband tickets for a helicopter ride over Manhattan when we were dating. He still says it was one of the best gifts. Also got him tickets to a dinner with a frank Sinatra singer singing through a nice dinner - he's a big fan. That one is also up there.
I just swam with sharks last weekend and LOVED it.
Where did you do this?? I really want to swim with sharks! Bucket list
I went to Jupiter, FL and swam with 4 species- Dusty, Silky, a Sandbar, and a Bull shark with Florida Shark Diving. Follow Florida Shark Diving on Instagram to get excited about it!
I’m currently in the process of booking a trip to Bimini, Bahamas to swim with Hammerheads and Tigers.
Sea kayaking around the San Juan islands. Tumolo out of Bend Oregon runs a couple group paddle excursions each year but there are probably companies closer to you. My girlfriend did this 3 years ago and Orcas were swimming by. No pictures
