Masks inside for 3 and up, except when eating. The kids are amazing...it was like 100% perfect compliance after they got used to it the first week or two. I am always so impressed by them.
Masks for 2+ except when eating/sleeping. I think they are still wearing them for outdoor play.
My whole family got Covid from daycare (before the mask mandate) and I just got my sense of smell back a bit 6 months later.
I am super salty about the families that traveled or visited with family over the holidays and brought Covid back. And I know I am not the only one. With delta being so contagious, I would still have my kids mask even if optional.

I just got DD (26 months old) enrolled for the fall session at a nursery program at a private school. Their rule has been masking for teachers and kids 5 and up. Our stay just passed a mandate requiring masks for all 2+. I still can’t even get DD to put a mask on for 30 seconds. I don’t know what we’re going to do.
Our daycare reopened in September last year. Since then, masks are not required for kids (but are allowed) and teachers must wear masks. Parents are required to wear masks at pick up and drop off and are not allowed in the building. This has been maintained since they reopened. I don't see it changing anytime soon and do not think they'll move to a mandate for kids.
2+ masked indoors. Masks optional for outdoors. My daughter (2) just started on Tuesday and her room is all newly 2 and they all wear masks indoors without much fuss. Outside they all take them off, including staff (who are all vaccinated).
My 2 year old is in a childcare facility that is part of the school district so the same rules apply for my elementary school kids. They are required to wear masks indoors and optional outside.
All the staff are prioritizing spending as much time outdoors.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
