All the Californians will say it’s adorable and a great price, and everyone else will be horrified. 😀
my guess is that it will go 100k over asking and it’s a flip or it’s not in the best neighborhood (gangs)
I just tried looking and I don't remember Long Beach neighborhoods terribly well anymore. Looks like it's near Poly HS. It's such a cute house! The exterior paint job is just so happy.

Nailed it. LOL
Really cute!
East Coaster here and I think it is a great price too, especially in this crazy market. Our home selling value is so high right now we could not longer afford to buy it.
I feel like this house is posted all the time. I know it's not this exact house, but they all look the same. It has to be because CA houses are all built on about the same blueprint.
I was actually looking at a job in Aurora yesterday, just because I know they're required to post salary ranges and I was curious. I guess a 50% pay increase isn't going to cut it.

Depending on where in Aurora, housing might not be as expensive. The house I posted is close to downtown. But yeah, CO pricing is nuts.
It's beautiful and a great price for that much space/updating. I don't see central ac, which would be a real no for me. Those over the door units don't work as well as advertised.

Yes, where I live in the suburbs is 2-300k less than these houses, however I still couldn't afford to rebuy the house I live in now.

Those mini-split systems are considered central AC (but I know what you mean obviously). I'm from Texas and have always had ducted central AC but our house now in Southern California has the mini splits. I live close to the coast in San Diego, so it's rare that we use it, and it definitely doesn't have to cool the house down 30 degrees like ours did in Texas, but it seems to work very well when we do use it. Is it just not as good with the more extreme temperatures?

it’s the California bungalow style that I post all the time lol
I thought it was sold because the sign came down but I guess not. The pile of construction debris in the photo of the backyard is a nice touch. You'd think that they'd photoshop that out. I'm glad that they didn't tear it down!!
