MSNBC is reporting a man in a pickup claims to have an explosive devise.

I just watched the presser, sounds like possibly someone is claiming to have a bomb but probably doesn't. The individual is communicating via a white board. I don't find the situation funny, but that particular detail kind of amuses me.
