Looking for masks for a little guy to wear at preschool for about 3 hours that are comfortable and have a decent chance of staying on. I see so many kids in my job that don’t wear adjustable masks and it’s a constant battle getting them to wear them correctly.
my kid has about 10 old navy masks that seem to fit the best. He is 4. He is really good at keeping it on and has croakies/lanyards that he can attach so that if he takes it off to eat, etc, it will not get lost.
We like the Carter's ones for our 4-year-old -- comfortable and a good fit. She's small for her age, so the Old Navy ones (which my other two wear daily) are too big on her.

We’ve had great luck with crayola masks. They have an adjustable nose piece and ear loops which allow the mask to stay on properly all day. I also really recommend something like this (it really helps save the ears and creates a better seal with every mask we’ve tried.)

I make fun masks for kids! All custom made to order based on clothing size, lots of fun patterns, comfortable, and great fit! I have a 6yo with sensory issues and almost 5yo with asthma- both wear them all day at school, hiking, biking/scootering, etc with no issues 😀

We have switched to the surgical masks - my kids like them best and they have the best coverage www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MLB793M/ They don't have the little ear adjusters but you can buy those separately.
We are using the Dr. Puri kf94 adjustable masks. I _think_ that medium is the best size for a 4yo, but it might be a small small is definitely the best size for this age.
It's always hard to know what's real and what's a scam, but as best I can tell these are built to protect you from particles coming in, not just protect others from going out.
They are, however, more expensive than procedure masks, about $1.25/ea instead of $0.25-0.50
EDIT: if you do Subscribe & Save, make sure to double check the size and color! Amazon reset the size/color when I switched from one-time order to S&S.

I teach preschool. Child sized surgical masks fit almost all students. We use them to replace cloth masks that have gotten dirty or are hard to keep on.
Old navy pleated style fit my 4 year old well. We’ve since switched to surgical because they’re cooler and cloth is making me nervous with delta. These in kids small fit great and DD prefers them to everything we’ve tried.
