I just buy the one wick candles because I'm cheap, and put one in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. I love lighting them after dinner while we clean up and hang around the house. I usually do an order for fall and Christmas every year. Sometimes I'll get hand soap too.
I like their hand soaps, and lately I’ve been buying the tiny hand sanitizers. A gift card is the perfect way to buy something you like but don’t want to spend your money on, so I say still get them. Or buy stuff as gifts and give it back to the people who gave you the GCs, lol.
I am so weird about scents. Judging by the selection over the past 30 years of my life, I am a tiny minority, but I don't like the fruity, sweet scents. That being said, I could easily spend hundreds on candles, soaps and the botanical stuff (all the natural/botanical/herbal stuff for sleep and message etc.

Yeah, I can find plenty of candles we enjoy at B&BW but many of the scents people named here are way, way too sweet and cloying for me. I can't stand anything with vanilla in it; it gives me a terrible headache and nausea.
For shower gel, we really like the Eucalyptus Tea scent.
I don't really shop there anymore but I found a brand new candle at the thrift and it smelled GREAT! It was one of the three wick ones. I'll be buying some at their annual candle sale they have. Does anyone remember when this usually occurs? December sometime?
The semi-annual sale is end of December/ early January. Usually starts shortly after Christmas.
ETA: do you mean the crazy candle day where people line up for blocks? That is early December, usually somewhere around 6-12.
@@ I've always gotten several of the mini hand sanitizers with the purse/bag holder for teacher gifts at Christmas or end of the school year. I figure they can loop it on a lanyard or even a belt when they were K teachers and hopefully they have been useful these last 20 months!!

Yes, crazy candle day would be a good description, lol. I only learned of it last year and was shopping online. But I really didn't know how quality they actually were so I never ended up buying any. I will this year though.
I was also going to suggest gifts for tween girls! So many cute little things for that age--lotions, fuzzy socks, sanitizers, darling holders, backpack clips, lip gloss, etc.
I buy moisturizing body washes/creams, hand sanitizer and anything shea butter and candles/candle holders. My fave scents are Aromatherapy- Stress Relief and Energy.
Turn the candles into melts - pop one in the freezer for an hour and it’ll release the wax from the container, break it up and use in a warmer, that’s what I do with gifted candles from there.
