Oh. And outsource what you can. We outsource lawn care and have cleaners every other week. I also found a local high school kid to detail cars so it helps him and us.
We also had to limit activities as Ds was having to miss stuff anyway so he chose his top 2 and is focusing there. DS2 only has 1 currently but we max out at 2 per kid.
You have lots of great suggestions I am going to try.
This sounds crazy but has been morning game changer for my family. I bought hanging shoe dividers and use to organize kids clothes for the week. My 4 and 6 year old add their clothes, underwear, bow, etc. This helps them get dressed independently, and my husband can get our 1 year old dressed without asking what she should wear.
I also try to prep as much as possible on weekend and nights. I cut veggies, marinade meat, make multiple lunches, fill up water bottles, etc.
