When I worked in an office I made little egg ramekins in the crockpot overnight. Sprayed the ramekin, put a hash brown or leftover roasted potato cubes on the bottom, poured in some eggs I’d beaten with salt and pepper (3 eggs was enough for two ramekins for me and MH), and sprinkled in some cheddar. I also added diced vegetables (peppers, spinach, broccoli) and/or cooked sausage or steak if we had any left over. Took them out in the morning, wrapped them in foil for the drive and ate them at my desk. You could also bake these in a muffin tin.
Lately I’ve been toasting English muffins to eat with jam or peanut butter. I work from home so often I have a bowl of Cheerios, with banana or strawberries if we have them.
I like the little wraps from Dunkin where it’s an egg, cheese, and maybe a slice of ham or bacon folded into a mini flour tortilla. I’ve made those at home a lot. I often use my waffle maker as a sort of panini press or tortilla press, if I want to toast a sandwich.
You can make savory waffles with mashed potatoes, herbs and cheese.
The ham and cheddar scones from the Damn Delicious blog are very tasty, can be easily customized with whatever herbs/ cheese/ meat you prefer, you can make a big batch at once, and they freeze really well. Also good as a lunch or dinner option - great alongside a bowl of soup.
Polenta is filling - you can top with an egg, spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes, goat cheese.

After reading these responses I've realized I need to start having some breakfast tacos/burritos at home. It's one of my favorite dishes to order when out at a restaurant for breakfast/brunch, but I never make them at home. And we have tacos fairly often for dinner, so there is always tortillas, cheese, salsa etc. on hand.

My new thing is tamales from Trader Joe's. I get the refrigerated ones that only need a few minutes in the microwave and one tamale is enough for me.
My long-term breakfast is half a pita with hummus and cheese. I've also added berries, nuts, salami, carrots, etc. on the side depending on what food philosophy I'm pretending to follow at the moment. Also, I eat these all separately, I'm not eating a hummus sandwich with carrots inside or anything.
I have eaten toast with peanut butter and honey for practically my whole life. Sometimes with a glass of milk.
I sometimes try and mix it up, but I just don't have it in me in the morning. Its enough protein and fat to keep me till lunch time, and is so easy. I use Dave's killer bread which is kind of a big slice of bread and whole grain.
I love cereal, but I know I shouldn't eat it everyday because sugar. So I alternate cereal every other day with scrambled eggs with cheese. I make the scrambled eggs in a bowl in the microwave so less to clean.

I eat a lot of cereal but not normally for breakfast!
Organic sourdough English muffin with PB&Company White Chocolate PB and Smuckers Natural Grape Jelly or a green smoothie. Sometimes I'll do the English muffin with cream cheese for a change.

I am surprised that people have time in the morning to make eggs and clean up the mess. I wish I had the time but I am too lazy to pack at night so I spend most mornings doing lunches or snack boxes.
I usually just grab some tea/hot chocolate and toast some bread. I like it plain but my daughter usually puts some olive oil on top. We usually eat it with some fruit. She also likes crunchy nut cereal so I do half crunch and half cornflakes to cut down on sugar intake. We always do “bigger” breakfast items like eggs and pancakes for dinner.
I like oatmeal but only when it has all the good stuff like maple syrup and honey so then maybe it isn’t so healthy?
When the egg was done I'd put a slice of cheese on and close the lid to let it melt while my bread of choice toasted. Then I'd put the egg and bread together, wrap in a paper towel and eat it on my way to work. I don't like cold food for breakfast in general, so yogurt and smoothies never did it for me either. English muffin with Justin's maple walnut almond butter was another go-to of mine. I eat breakfast for dinner sometimes because I do loves breakfast foods.

Are usually just have mushroom coffee with mushroom creamer and then a protein shake around lunchtime. I might have some cut up veggies in the afternoon and save my big meal for dinner.
If I find that I’m hungry and wanting something to eat, I generally always eat a non-traditional breakfast item. This morning, I was hungry around 10 AM and so I had a cup of soup. I also eat salads often times for breakfast.
One of my daughters likes quesadillas for breakfast, which could be an easy item to eat on the go.

Eggs, always. The protein helps so much to give energy in the morning and not overeat the rest of the day.
I do a scramble on Sundays, just enough for 3 days because after that - blech. Then I do another scramble or put together 2 egg sandwiches Wednesday night to get me through the rest of the week.
Usually roast some little red potatoes, scrambled eggs (maybe with veggies or some sausage) and cheddar. I keep the potatoes and eggs stored separately then pack in a to go container the morning of along with a toasted multigrain English muffin. I heat it up and eat at my desk when I get there.

I have to take breakfast and lunch with me to work (I leave at 6 am).
For breakfast, I usually take fruit, like a green apple or pineapple or strawberries. I also take a cheese stick and a 100 cal pack of almonds. I have also started taking an egg/sausage/cheese pita thing, which is only 150 calories and really fills me up (sometimes I eat it for lunch). It's these: www.sandwichbros.com/frozen-breakfast-sandwiches/egg-white-turkey-sausage
I eat two scrambled eggs and two Eggo waffles with blackberry jam every morning for breakfast. Not very on-the-go. I've always eaten breakfast at home. I think if I had to eat on the go I'd do a choice of carb (toast, english muffin or bagel) with a choice of fat/protein topping (peanut butter, butter, cream cheese). I love breakfast, it's my favorite meal lol.
Damnit, now I want a cinnamon raisin english muffin with peanut butter.
Jalapeñomel, just a soft flour tortilla with peanut butter. Maybe wraps in general would be good for you for breakfast? Turkey, avocado, peanut butter, pb&j, whatever sandwich combo sounds good.
I do this, but throw the banana inside. It’s such an easy food.

Usually oatmeal with fruit or peanut butter & banana. Sometimes granola with yogurt. Once a week I'll have some sort of egg dish. Every so often, leftovers, especially veggie curries with rice.
At this time of year I’m all about the tomato sandwich on whole gran bread with old cheddar cheese and horseradish mayo. Since that is a pretty big breakfast I then take a salad for lunch, which uses up the rest of the tomato!
I’m a savoury for breakfast person so I otherwise make smitten kitchen’s spinach quiche and have that for a few days, or an egg burrito, or a whatever we have in the fridge omelette, or a grilled cheese sandwich with ham and avocado or tomato.
My favourite weekend breakfast right now is shakshuka. Mmmmm.
Pancakes from a complete mix are super fast and I have a cinnamon creamed honey spread I put on top. That is for my sweets days or when I really need to incentivize other household members to get out of bed.
I have a whole wheat English muffin toasted. The toppings depend on my mood that morning. Sometimes it’s almond butter and sliced banana. Today it was cheese and Just Egg (scrambled) like a breakfast sandwich. I also have it plain with just a slathering of cream cheese.
And tea. Lots of tea. I’m a big fan of brown rice tea.

I cycle through my go-tos:
Egg sandwich (bacon, fried egg, cheddar on sourdough) Egg muffin (turkey sausage, scrambled egg patty on English muffin) Chia pudding Plain Greek yogurt with granola and cranberries Oatmeal with apples, raisins and pecans
My fav is leftover stir-fried or otherwise cooked veggies with an over easy egg on top and lots of hot sauce. Bonus if there's roasted potatoes around to include. Absent good leftovers, avocado on toast with over easy egg and hot sauce.

I try and make hard boiled eggs on Sunday so I can just grab them quickly. I have also done overnight oats and make ahead breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon and cheese.

I have 2 Vans waffles with peanut butter. Every single morning. Unless my H manages to convince me to go out for bagels, then I have a toasted bagel with peanut butter. I do not have it in me to do anything more complicated at breakfast time.
