I drink a shake but for dh and / or the kids I make:
On Sunday toast the English muffins (12) I put a dozen eggs in a bowl and use the hand mixer to make scrambled. I pour that in a glass 9x13 pan (I use butter a bit to keep from sticking because I don’t use Pam spray) and bake them about 8-10 min I’d say. When done cut squares and put on the muffin then a square of cheddar and either a slice of (cooked) Canadian bacon or ham or turkey breakfast sausage, too with another muffin. Freeze all 12 then in the morning one min one side turn and another 30-45 seconds in microwave. Sometimes I’ll take a few out night before and refrigerate then microwave.
I line a muffin pan with slice of ham, sprinkle cheddar in, then pour scrambled in and bake for mini on the go egg bites.
I make tiny pancakes about the size of quarters maybe, tons of them then they n a bowl, drizzle with real syrup and they eat it with a spoon like cereal. I use homemade pancake mix.
And often fridays are cinnamon French toast with sprinkled cinnamon sugar.
Glass of milk or water depending if it needs protein boost.
I love cereal, but I know I shouldn't eat it everyday because sugar. So I alternate cereal every other day with scrambled eggs with cheese. I make the scrambled eggs in a bowl in the microwave so less to clean.
I eat a lot of cereal but not normally for breakfast!
Cereal is my go to dessert. I love it so. Pretty much never eat it for breakfast though.
I am surprised that people have time in the morning to make eggs and clean up the mess. I wish I had the time but I am too lazy to pack at night so I spend most mornings doing lunches or snack boxes.
I usually just grab some tea/hot chocolate and toast some bread. I like it plain but my daughter usually puts some olive oil on top. We usually eat it with some fruit. She also likes crunchy nut cereal so I do half crunch and half cornflakes to cut down on sugar intake. We always do “bigger” breakfast items like eggs and pancakes for dinner.
I like oatmeal but only when it has all the good stuff like maple syrup and honey so then maybe it isn’t so healthy?
Haha- clean up? No. I can make a mean breakfast in the morning, but I leave the mess. I mean, food gets put away and dishes in the sink, but not the dishwasher. I have the kids clean it up with they get home from school.

I eat a Luna bar, its been my breakfast for maybe 12 years lol. I like the smores, peppermint, chocolate cupcake, blueberry, and nuts over chocolate flavors.
Many days, I only drink tea (plain, unsweetened) until about one or two in the afternoon. I'll drink a greens juice midmorning if I need a pick me up.
I once went on vacation to a fancy with a fantastic breakfast buffet that included miso soup (among the million offerings). I could do that every morning. Plain cut fruit is good, too. And then a few year I'll want something like a slice of a particularly good pie from the night before.

Update: I’ve been making avocado toast with bacon, and it hits the spot. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it, but I guess I thought it would be too much work and it’s super easy!
I love baked oatmeal. Budget Bytes has a banana bread one that is so good, I don’t add the sugar and use extra walnuts. I usually get 5 or 6 breakfasts from it and just reheat in the microwave and splash a little milk on top. Super filling!!
Now that I’m stuck working from home, I find myself making plain oatmeal and adding applesauce. Or toast with peanut butter.
Made the baked oatmeal from this recipe this morning - thank you! It is so good.

Yay! She has several that are really popular, but I love this one the most. Glad you enjoyed it!!
I rotate among: bagel w/ cream cheese (I love Manhattan Bagel's asiago), maple cinnamon instant oatmeal w/ vanilla almond milk, or if I have time I'll sauté some bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, spinach and scramble it with an egg and egg white mixture (add some shredded cheddar or some avocado).
