Not dyed or styled, but actually cut (or trim). I am coming out of my two-haircuts-a-year phase (and none during 2020) and into my covering-gray-roots-every-six-weeks phase. I have thick hair that I prefer to be shoulder length, though I don’t mind it a little shorter or longer. The stylist always offers to trim it while I’m there but after years of letting it get shapeless, it feels indulgent to have it cut so often. But maybe it’s not?

I go every 6 weeks for root maintenance and get a trim every other time I go. When I wore my hair very short it was every 4 weeks religiously. I have thick, wavy (almost curly) hair and over the years I’ve learned that if I wear it a little longer the weight of it helps control the poof factor.
I hate getting haircuts, so I'll usually go only once or twice a year. But I also keep a very simple long layers style. If I had a shorter, more complex cut it would need more upkeep.
I work remotely and I don't have to be on camera very often. My life is not the life of someone who needs to look professional and put together at all times (and I'm very grateful for that).

I get it cut/trimmed every 6 weeks. That's how often I get it colored/my grays covered, so I just get it cut while I'm there. Usually by then my bangs are annoying me anyhow.
My hair is fine and I currently have a sort of long bob with a few longer layers. I wash and heat-style most days. I am embracing the gray, and gave up the every 6 weeks base color/highlights routine for a cut and a few foils every 7-8 weeks to keep it healthy and less scraggly looking. I have a friend whose hair is not colored and down her back with long layers, she meets me every other time I go to get a dusting. My mom's hair is jaw length, she gets it cut monthly.
My last hairdresser quit before the pandemic. My hair is short now, and I cut it myself...pretty much whenever I feel like it needs it. Often.
When I got my hair cut professionally, I would get my hair cut every 4-5 weeks for short hair, and 6-8 weeks for long hair.
My hair grows super fast, and I have always had to get it trimmed often if I wanted to keep it looking a certain way. If it looks good, I want to keep it in shape so that I get the same cut, and if it grows out too much between cuts, that never happens.

Maybe 3x/year I get a cut or trim, but I got into the salon every 7-9 weeks for my color. (The benefit of living in a LCOL area is that this doesn't break the bank like it would have when we lived in Seattle.)
Pixie cut here, so every 5 weeks usually. I have very thick, coarse and wavy hair so styling is not an easy process for longer styles. It takes me like 20 seconds to do my hair every morning with a pixie cut, so it’s a trade off of more frequent cuts.

It's been well over a year since my last trim. My hair is long and i don't get split ends so I just make sure to use a deep moisturizer about once a month on the ends.
About every 6 months. My hair is long with no layers so nothing to cut. I refuse to pay 80 for an inch off the bottom. I do go every 5 weeks for roots.
