I get my roots/color touched up every 7 weeks and I get my hair trimmed every other time. I'm wearing it long these days, so it really doesn't need it that often.
I go every 3 months. I have shoulder length layered curly hair, so it doesn't require a ton of maintenance beyond that. By the time I go, though, it tends to be doing weird things and needs it.
I have shoulder length hair. I go in every 3 weeks to have my roots covered so I just have a system for when I do the full deal of roots, highlights and haircut.

I go every 8 weeks for color and she cuts it every other time - so 16 weeks. But the last time she cut it (about 9 weeks ago) she left it a little longer and the ends were totally dried by summer activities so she cut it again last week.
I'm sitting here doing the math at hitting my normal salon every six weeks and nope, I apparently do not care that much about my appearance.
About every three-four months for me but my hair is long layers, no gray and I trim at home as needed. I do balayage so my roots aren't really an issue.

I have it cut more often than I have it colored, but I'm blonde naturally with no gray yet. I get it cut every 8-10 weeks. It's long but at that point I want the ends cleaned up. It keeps it much healthier. I do foilyage every 12-16 weeks for highlights.
I do balayage and a cut every 4-6 months. It's...so expensive I just can't bring myself to do it more often than that. And I usually let it go too long and by the time I remember to make an appointment, I can't get in for another month or so and then it looks so unbelievably scraggly.

It's been an insane amount of time. I think possibly 2 years?! WTF. Somewhere in the pandemic I decided to start cutting it myself. It's super long, straight so there isn't too much to do but it's time. I need to go.
I've lately been dying it too. It's like a super dark auburn color. I like it so much better than what happens at various hair stylists. I don't know why it's so hard to find someone who can color my hair (black).
I go every 4 weeks to get my hair colored and she will tell me if she thinks it needs a trim or not. I don't have a set schedule; just when it needs a trim based on my hair dressers opinion.
I also have curly hair that I mostly wear up in a bun or braid, so it isn't styled very often.

About twice a year. Sometimes less.
I keep it long, one length, and I don't color it. I have a handful of grays but my hair is blond so they don't really show. I get it trimmed if the ends are raggedy enough to bother me. Once a year or so I decide to get it colored before a work trip or as a treat, and I pick something that will grow out subtly and can be a one-off. Or I chop it shoulder-length and then grow it back out.
I had a pixie a number of years ago and I prefer ultra-low-maintenance.
I get highlights/lowlights every 3-4 months and get a trim at the same time. It's starting to look uneven by that point. My hair is down to my bra line.
I used to go about every 6 months or so. I was doing it more than that recently, but am now spacing it out more again. My hair is long though, so I am not trying to keep a strict style really.
6-8 weeks, but with a bob/chin length, it’s starts being weird much past that. Though she cut me bangs that I’m not loving (too Short), so I may wait longer this time to give them more time to grow out

Usually 1-2x per year but I recently did bayalage (lighter/ bleached blonde) and she recs 2-3 months for touch up and a trim. I went almost 4 months and it looked ok IMO. I probably could have gone 5 months max. I’m going again in 3 months but that just worked best with my schedule to have newly done hair for my bday and the holidays.
I’ve only gone twice during the pandemic, so I guess that is about once every 9+ months? My non pandemic preference is about once every 4/5 months, which is how often I used to highlight my hair.

I do a balyage and trim together every 7-8 weeks. My hair is too thick to go much longer but I used to stretch it out more, until the wiry grays forced me to go more frequently. The 5 months of no hair services during quarantine about drove me over the edge. I keep it long but it needs frequent trims to keep it healthy looking and not too bushy.
