Monday: grilled chicken thighs, asparagus, corn on the cob, watermelon Tuesday: spaghetti/spaghetti squash with meat sauce, garlic bread Wednesday: French dip sandwiches and tater tots Thursday: taco quinoa Friday: something out with DH, my sister and BIL before we go to the ZBB concert

Tonight: baked ziti Monday: leftover ziti Wednesday: steak, baked potato and salad Thursday: this soup recipe I found which I am kind of excited about. I mostly hate soup (I sometimes like a little bit of tomato soup or French onion but I’m good after a few bites). This is a sausage tortellini soup that includes chive cream cheese. I read about it and my mouth watered so I have to try. Friday: pizza Friday Saturday: thinking my parents might take my kids and H and I will eat whatever is in the fridge and veg. Sunday: maybe tacos

Sunday: Cookout at a friend's house, so cookout food. (and 3 desserts-some kind of pie, ice cream, homemade chocolate bar thingie, and chocolate chip cookies. I think that was 4 desserts) Monday: veggie burger, sautéed spinach, organic mac n cheese Tuesday: Big salad Wednesday: Tofu burrito Thursday: pizza + salad Friday: out Sat.: Probably frozen Trader Joe's pasta entree + veggies

I really hate meal planning these days. It’s sucking the life out of me.
Monday - spiced rubbed salmon with black bean and corn salsa Tuesday - burgers / black bean burgers on grill and grilled veggies Wednesday - peanut tofu with cauliflower rice Thursday - cilantro grilled chicken and broccoli Friday - air fryer cauliflower tacos Saturday - order out Sunday - chicken meatballs and salad
DH is still OOT, so I'm continuing low-effort meals and did a HF order this week (I really hate the amount of packaging and the mark up on the food itself, but I'll take the convenience and two meals planned this week).
Sat: burgers from a food truck in the neighborhood Sun: HF beef flautas w/ tomato-avocado salsa Mon: HF buffalo chicken sandwiches w/ slaw Tues: another neighborhood food truck night, lobster roll for me, fish and chips for DD, and chicken tenders for DS Wed: stir fried sausage and broccoli over rice, maybe some sweet chili sauce drizzled on? Thurs: penne with bacon, peas, and parmesan Fri: snacky dinner, so either charcuterie/cheese/crackers/apples or mediterranean mezze with chicken skewers/hummus/veggies/pita/etc.
Sunday: Brussels sprouts and sausage pasta Monday: Creamy Chicken Dijon with Mashed Potatoes & Garlicky Chard Tuesday: Honey-Dijon Glazed Steak with Roasted Green Beans & Potatoes Wednesday: Pork Cutlets & Mustard Sauce with Roasted Cauliflower Salad Thursday: probably carryout
Monday - Wednesday are a Martha and Marley Spoon box. I'll probably be getting a box next week and the following too since things are really hectic right now.

I haven't made a solid meal plan or grocery shopped. I'm working from home today, so hoping to get that done at some point today. This is what I'm thinking....
M: chicken Cesar salad (with rotisserie chicken) T: Burgers, sweet potato fries, salad W: salmon, rice, green beans Th: chicken cutlets, salad, pasta F: pizza on the grill Sat & Sun: we'll be at an outdoor music fest all weekend.

Yesterday we did snacks for football. I made habanero salsa and guacamole. At night we had wings - half Nandos, half honey-peach-habanero hot sauce - and in between we had this tomato galette I made to use up some garden produce, which was DELICIOUS: www.bonappetit.com/recipe/tomato-galette

We bought a pig at our fair on Saturday so our meals will be pork heavy for the next week or two so we can get rid of the last pig we bought to make room for the new stuff.

no order and some of this is probably lunch: roasted carrots (Moroccan spices) salad with quinoa, walnuts and feta lentil tacos dal with probably green beans cause i have a ton green curry chicken and rice with green beans penne with the open sauce i have and roasted asparagus chickpea, carrot and date salad
I did my meal planning last Wednesday(ish), so I'm including what we had last week, otherwise my list would only be 3 things (and I know people use these to get ideas).
Wed: sausages, fried potatoes, peaches Thu: pork chops, leftover potatoes, applesauce Fri: hot hamburger hoagies, green bean fries Sat: Greek quinoa bowls with chicken Sun: lasagna and Caesar salad Mon: leftover hot hamburger hoagies (from Friday) and herb roasted carrots Tue: leftover lasagna, probably some fruit because we ate most of the salad Wed: pork and peanut dragon noodles with added broccoli
