Best place to buy park tickets

Where is the best place to buy tickets to the park? Should we get them on the Disney website or on another site like undercover tourist? The last time we went to Disney was 2018. Probably getting 6 park days and staying on Disney property .

I have had good experiences with Undercover Tourist. You can often get them cheaper there if the ticket is at least three days.

I'd also check Costco's website for packages with the room if you're a member. The tickets themselves aren't any cheaper but they usually have some type of gift card offer plus free goodies.

Does anyone have experience with the 95% return policy at Undercover Tourist? It seems pretty good, but since we're still not sure DD will be fully vaccinated by when we want to go, we need flexibility.

We had success with Undercover Tourist in 2019. We lost literally thousands of dollars, though, on a trip that was scheduled during the pandemic so we will only purchase tickets going forward that are 100% refundable. We will personally only buy directly from Disney for the foreseeable future.

Was that before their expanded return policy? I'm seeing a 365 refund period, with 95% refunded for tickets and hotel refund until a week before trip.

2019 - purchased from undercover tourist. No problems, we went and redeemed tickets
2020 - purchased a different vacation, was canceled due to covid, we lost thousands

We didn’t need to use undercover tourist’s return policy so I don’t know what it is or was. Going forward we will always make sure we have a good return policy because we lost thousands in the pandemic with another company (not undercover tourist).
