A good hair dryer can make a difference! If i use cheap hotel dryers for too many days, my hair always looks like shit. A good dryer gives me less breakage and more body. I’ve twice made the mistake of not taking my dryer with me on vacation, and my hair suffered for it.

I presently use a Babyliss.
Agree, and my hair dries so much faster than with a cheaper one. I also have a Babyliss.
There is a huge difference between a cheap and expensive hair dryer. A cheap one will cause your hair to be damaged. A good dryer uses different technologies to dry your hair without causing damage.
I very recently upgraded my cheap conair with a shark. The shark is about $200, but still half the price of the dyson. It has made such a difference already. My hair dries so much quicker with less heat. It’s also smoother and shinier.
I should have invested in a quality hair dryer sooner, even though I have very uncomplicated hair (straight, fine, a lot of it).
I have a babyliss and like it (except the button placement!!) but recently borrowed a friends dyson hair wrap and really felt my hair dried so much better and faster that I’m trying to justify buying one…

Thanks everyone for your responses. Somehow I scored a BabyBliss ProTitaninum at Marshall’s!! It was only $35.99 and now I’m wondering if something’s wrong with it! Or how long it’s been sitting on the shelf!

I feel like this, too. And I didn’t get a super expensive one or anything. It was some $35 one recommended here awhile ago. I’d been using the conair I bought sometime last century. And I hated drying my hair, and very rarely did. Turns out, it was the hairdryer. Now, I can dry my hair in under 5 minutes. And I haven’t air dried since I bought it!
