Thanks again for the feedback. I'm going to run of out pills tonight (Sun) because my insurance pays for one medoprogesteron something per day, but my GYN has me up to 3 per day and I'm still bleeding. Thankfully the doc is supposed to call me tomorrow (Mon) to talk surgery decision, but I'm worried what happens with the pills, as I'm supposed to taper off slowly. I had to call an on call NP today to try to get CVS to cover (no luck) and feel bad for bothering folks on Sunday...but I can't feel bad because it's my health.
Anyway everything is pointing to praying I can have a hyster before August because clearly things are going going to get worse. I'm glad to hear success stories, and feel much better about my new medical team. Thanks again for the feedback and support.
I can’t speak to a hysterectomy, but in preparing to carry a baby as a surrogate I took Lupron injections many times. I didn’t experience any side effects at all. Good luck.

Thank you sonrisa,. DH was supposed to look up his work's FMLA policy, but stayed home sick and can't access it at home. He said once I have a formal surgery date and more info he'll start the process. I assume surgery will be scheduled well more than 2 weeks in advance. I know it won't line up this way, but in theory I could have surgery on his day off, and hopefully have him have a day or two more before he has to go back on shift, so less FMLA.
Good news(ish), I booked a consult for end of March, and I'm on a cancelation list as I'd love to get this process started even sooner.

Bumping this with an update. I just tentatively scheduled surgery for end of April. My consult and biopsy aren't until end of March, so hopefully nothing gets bumped after the results come back. I posted in Randoms the other day that my health insurance is changing, so I really need this done before then.
Thankfully everyone at the doctors have been incredibly nice. Hopefully I can start the process with HR as well, have to wait for my boss to return from vaca. Feels good though, just to have a starting point.
ETA: Thanks for the tip on spousal FMLA. My husband looked up his policy and said he has a form(s) for the doc to sign. His co-worker's wife just had a baby within the last year, and is a big help in navigating the process. Said to try to get signed out as late as possible, as they won't extend beyond the initial form.
