Hi! Our family (me, H, dd1 & dd2) have been invited to a birthday celebration. Both girls are more or less equally friends with the young man - we haven't known him long, but have known his parents and and grandparents and great-grandparents for many years.
If it matters, we all recently celebrated dd2's birthday and they brought two gifts - one per family (parents and grandparents)
One gift or two? It really doesn't matter to us - we like them all quite well, but is there protocol for this?
One gift, unless each child has something in particular that they want to purchase for the birthday child. Then let them each choose their gift and sign their card.
