Today is my one calendar month on Noom. I have lost 10.4 lbs. I don't have cravings anymore, I eat normal portions and feel full, and do not eat food to get through grading or comfort myself when I am stressed or emotional. And some pleasant side effects: I feel more healthy, drink sooo much water, I am more active, and my skin has started to look nicer. However, I am also super anxious and self conscious about losing the weight. It is almost as if I didn't realize that I was fat until I started losing weight??? Like I mentioned in another post this can be tricky for those sensitive to eating disorders. (Btw for those who want to see some of the stuff I eat and my weekly hikes I can dm you my insta.)
