What does my DH wear? I'm thinking button up shirt, no tie. Suit feels too much.
How much do we give for a present? I'm thinking $100? $150? Boss and I are not particularly close. Like, I've worked for her for 4 years and she had to ask my husbands name for the invite.
(My boss is VP level of a $6B global company, I'm middle management in corporate finance)

I’d give $100 (honestly probably $50 for someone I know unless they were really close but since it’s your boss and they know how much you make 😆…$100). I think your DH needs either a jacket or a tie (but you could do both just to be safe and take it off at the event). All your dress options look cute. If you have a choice between t-shirt material and something more like chiffon, I’d pick one with the fancier fabric type. A less formal long dress or a fancier cocktail dress is good. I wouldn’t wear something you’ve worn to work. If you don’t want to do floral, I like jewel tone dresses that have some lace overlay when I attend weddings. I agree with PPs that attire is similar to weddings at the same time of day/venue and just because the bday girl will be in a gown doesn’t mean everyone else will be that fancy, although her family might be, but you aren’t close family.
These can vary as much as weddings, but since your boss has a high-level job and it’s at a country club, I would think it will be pretty fancy. All of your dress choices looks fine to me. I would have your DH wear a suit, and he can always take the jacket off later if he wants to.

Disclaimer: I’ve never been to a quinceanera, but I think it’s weird that your boss would invite you if you aren’t close. This would be like my nightmare event to have to attend, lol. Sorry, not helpful.

I think your dresses are cute!
Oh, I feel exactly the same. I planned on declining via email/text, but she caught me in person and asked if I was going. I froze. So now we’re going lol.
Hopefully she remembers come raise time next month 😂

Ha, my favorite wedding guest dress is floral, lace overlay, in jewel tones…. So looks like I can shop from my own closet! 🙌🏻 I initially thought it might be too dressy, but from all the feedback the party sounds fancier than I was expecting.
And yeah, I feel like I can’t really cheap out on the gift when she knows she gave me a $$$ bonus this year lol
I’ve been to 2 quinces. Treat it like a nice wedding. Dressy dress and either suit for your husband or slacks and a blazer. $100 would be an appropriate gift for a close friend, but in this case I would do $50.
