I used to think of romance novels like Fabio bodice-ripper stuff. But lately I’ve gotten really into the more modern chick lit romance novels (Boyfriend Material, The Hating Game, The Love Hypothesis) and I’m mildly obsessed. They are so formulaic (the two people always hate each other at first, later they come to realize one person has always been into the other but there was some misunderstanding) but I still can’t put them down.

Dear DH For the love if God stop snuggling and blow your damn nose. Over it Wife and kiddo
Dear WPs Is it rude to kick DH to the camper for the above. We are under a heat advisory and our electric panel can't run the camper AC. Heat advisory ends at 10pm tomorrow. Very tempted Me
campermom if you are okay with her having a phone (and with the phone bill) is there anyway you can get the phone and line transferred to your account? That way dad still got her the phone you still get to be the good guy and you don't have to deal with him having access to your whereabouts? If he says no to that then it might be time to have a conversation with DD about why the phone can't come from Dad. Age appropriate of course but that way you aren't here the complete bad guy

I would 100% do that if it’s possible. Even though it’s a year earlier than I planned for her to have one. But she needs to be completely under my account and my controls-bc I don’t want to have to ask him for anything. When my oldest had smart family, the app connected to me and if he wanted to add a friend to his texting list I had to do it from my phone. All apps ask for my approval. I need to make sure he doesn’t have any tracking devices on her phone.
Now I’ll need to ask him to transfer it but he will roadblock it just to have control.
