Just a quick update on Noom. I have lost 12 lbs since I started May 14. Good amount but nothing amazing. I hope to continue on steadily however I am not a patient person. I am supposed to reach my goal weight by November 9 according to their calculations and my daily weigh-ins. I have noticed that sticking with the rules regarding eating/food has been very hard during a migraine and day after, because that induced cravings of some sort. I need to speak to my coach about this as I just got rid of my "normal" cravings. From now on I won't bore you all with weekly updates but will update in a few weeks after my 2 week trip to St. Lucia. "Noom while vacationing" type of post for those curious...
12 pounds in 4 weeks is really good! Most people have a goal of 1-2 pounds week. The slower you go, the less likely it is to come back is the old adage.

It is more 12 lbs in 6 weeks so that is a bit more like it is supposed to be.

It has been 14 pounds now in 8 weeks. This included a vacation to the Caribbean with cocktails every day. It is a slow and steady kind of process. But slow and steady wins the race, right?

Definitely! I was very happy to still be down a pound after my vacation last week!
