Sat: grilled hot dogs, salad/green beans Sun: big lunch so just crackers, cheese, apple slices Mon: pulled pork sandwiches, slaw Tues: agrodolce chicken over rice, broccoli Wed: Mediterranean salmon and orzo salad Thurs: chicken skewers, cut veggies, feta dip, pita chips Fri: pizza? Sat: out for my birthday? Might opt for brunch instead
Sat: Leftovers - roast beef sandwiches, with deli salads for me and clam chowder for my H Sun: More leftovers - baked potato soup for me, more clam chowder for my H, plus a dill pickle salad, and we have some misc. stuff - a little bit of gnocchi in pink sauce, and some PF Chang's knock off lettuce cups
Mon: Hamburgers and the other bag of pickle salad Tue: Chicken sausages and fried potatoes Wed: Leftover hamburgers
Beyond that, I'll have to do more meal planning and grocery shopping.

The kids are at camp so it’s just DH and me! Today: we stopped for Mexican after we dropped the boys off, I had a taco salad and DH had a chimichanga Monday: shrimp Cobb salads Tuesday: creamy chicken fajita bowls over quinoa Wednesday: out with friends to say goodbye to my friend that is moving to Taiwan Thursday: not sure, either out or chicken apple sausages and corn salad Friday; going to my parents for the 4th of July party the next day

Tonight: spaghetti with meat sauce Monday: salmon and rice Tuesday: Trader Joe’s chow mein with chicken and shrimp Wednesday: shake and bake chicken and Mac and cheese Thursday: chicken fettuccine Alfredo Friday: out
Tonight we had ribs and elote on the grill which turned out great.
Monday - Mexican style salad with chicken Tuesday - some kind of salad with salmon and pita Wednesday - salmon with zucchini and roasted potatoes Thursday - feta-stuffed burgers with roasted potatoes Friday - Costco chicken street tacos Saturday - nachos made with leftover street taco ingredients
S: we had strip steaks, baked sweet potatoes and zucchini & summer squash M: chicken Milanese T: H has a work dinner and I have dinner with friends. W: tacos Th: chicken Cesar salad F-M: We'll be at the cottage, so a combination of eating out and easy stuff on the grill.
