Scottsdale on Dec/Jan

Looking for a warm and sunny winter break destination. Initially we though Palm Desert area, but between the prices and short term rental bans I think we need to look else where.

It seems Scottsdale may fit the bill, but a touch cooler. Looking for a place the kids can spend the day in a (heated) pool and playing outside. Can we expect that in Scottsdale?

We spent NYE in Scottsdale a few years ago and are going there for the kids’ February break this year. We have stayed at the Phoenician and the Marriot Camelback Resort. I really enjoyed both. This upcoming February we are trying out the Biltmore.

It was chilly when we were there for NYE. I was fine in a long sleeve shirt during the day but no one was in the pool (except my kids because they are crazy lol). It definitely wasn’t a pool vacation/the main focus that time of year, but there was a ton of other stuff to do.
