I ate lots of good stuff and actually got a little spooked on the scale this weekend. (I am not loving these latest numbers so will try a little harder to be more mindful of what I’m eating and make a little more effort to keep moving.) But anyway, the yummy stuff included mashed potatoes, brie, peach pie, peppermint crushed chocolate pretzels, cannolis…
BQ: I over-indulged in nachos on Saturday while watching college football. Chex mix all weekend. Homemade double chocolate chip cookies. We had our traditional thanksgiving feast a week early, so it was a hodgepodge this weekend!
I should add that I had second helpings of my food Thursday and Friendsgiving on Sat. I also ate leftovers tonight. There are still a bit of leftover to finish, but I'll do that tomorrow night.

Thu: 30 min Peloton cycle, and a few walks with the family Fri: 3 mile run + 30 min full body strength Sat: 40 min Peloton cycle + 3 mile walk Sun: 45 min Peloton cycle
BQ: Probably wine, but there were a bunch of homemade Chex mixes and homemade seasoned pretzels (like Dots if you are familiar) that I pretty much ate steadily all day starting at noon.
