I cleaned out the freezer today. Woot!! (I need to do the pantry too, but meh.)
So, we will be having meatballs and rice at least twice, or once and Iāll eat it for lunch to use them up.
Otherwise, easy stuff tbd. Weather here is either rainy or gloomy, and all chilly days.
Likely soup and sandwiches one night.
I need something for the crockpot, so Iāll look at what is on sale. Maybe shredded chicken with bbq sauce on rolls? Or a good soup that has little or no dairy. Chili would be good too, Iām pretty sure I have everything but the meat.

I have nothing to add right now as I have not given this any thought, but I have to say this is one that I have seriously been having issues with lately. I don't have the drive to think of new things, go shopping and then make it all. Gah! I am feeling the same way towards laundry.

Sunday: chicken parm over whole wheat penne with garden salad. Monday: Chicken Fajitas Tuesday: Ham Steak, potatoes and asparagus Wednesday: farro and white bean soup Thursday: blackened salmon with salad Friday: Corned beef and cabbage. š
I really do appreciate these threads, but it also feels like the worst kind of time loop. Didn't we just do this?? šµ
I have a rotisserie chicken... I'm sure we'll eat some of it in giant salads, but I don't have a plan for the rest of it yet. Maybe stir fry.
Egg roll in a bowl either tonight or tomorrow (probably tomorrow because the ground pork is frozen).
We'll maybe have fish on Thursday because on Friday I'm cooking a giant ass brisket. Cauliflower mash, savoy cabbage, and I feel like doing something with carrots but we'll see how much of myself I have left to give to the effort.
H has been working late the last few weeks. By the time we sit down to eat I'm really just ready for bed.
Uggghhhhh. DH is OOT again, so trying to minimize prep/clean up. What I'm really tired of is packing lunches, I should be more consistent about making the kids do those.
Sat: homemade chicken noodle soup and no-knead bread Sun: shawarma-spiced halloumi rice bowls w/ tomato-cucumber salad, garlicky yogurt sauce (mostly a HF meal, but I tweaked a little) Mon: Costco salmon burgers, green beans Tues: HF pork taquitos, black beans, guacamole, corn + mini key lime pies for Pi Day Wed: frozen ravioli, spicy TJ's pasta sauce for me, broccoli, I think there's an Italian-ish sausage in the freezer? might not bother with that Thurs: Costco beef kabobs, naan, tomatoes/cucumbers/peppers, yogurt sauce Fri: DS has a friend sleeping over for his birthday, probably pizza Sat: DS's actual birthday, probably 5 Guys
I want corned beef and roasted cabbage for St. Paddy's Day, but I'll hold off on making that until DH is back in town.
DD is taking a break from gymnastics this week meaning she is going to cook!
Sun-spaghetti and meatballs (meatballs were way too sweet for spaghetti so it was kind of weird) Mon-crock pot chicken soup Tue-hamburger helper (DH has dental procedures that day and it is his comfort food) Wed-crock pot pork stew Thurs-? Fri-homemade pizza
