Last night was leftovers from DS's birthday party. Monday: sloppy joes, tater tots and roasted veggies Tuesday: DS's 13th Birthday! He wants homemade noodles in a gravy sauce Wednesday: Big salad with popcorn shrimp for me, kids will eat the shrimps and chicken nuggets Thursday: Damn Delicious Quinoa Enchilada casserole Friday: My Birthday! But it will be chaos with 3 kids having activities all at the same time, so hoping there's leftover casserole? And get sushi for lunch.
I just used this thread to make a grocery order. I am still working with half of my kitchen supplies, and I have absolutely no inspiration these days.

Aside from the ramen takeout we had on Friday, it's been turkey sandwiches and leftovers all the way down over here because 1) I haven't gone to the grocery store in almost 2 weeks, and 2) my H keeps having to go help a friend with car troubles (including making an unexpected trip to Portland).
We're going to have a honey mustard Hormel pork roast and mashed potatoes tonight, and either broccoli or green beans. I wanted to make these crispy parm potato wedges, but my H decided he wanted to make mashed potatoes so that we could do a shepherd's pie later in the week. Whatever, one less thing for me to cook, and one less meal for me to think up.
Which I haven't actually done. I think maybe we have all the stuff for herb baked cod and browned butter butternut squash, so maybe that?

Yesterday: Burrito bowls (rice, chicken, black beans, corn, roasted bell peppers, caramelized onions, avocado, red onion)
Today: Greek salad with chicken and homemade bread rolls
Tomorrow: a veggie pasta I'm trying to recreate from a meal I had at a restaurant. I'll also make some sort of meat, probably beef. I will eat only the pasta. DD2 will eat mostly pasta and some meat. DH will eat mostly the meat and some pasta. DD1 will eat only the meat. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Wednesday: probably leftovers
Thursday: probably subs from Jersey Mike's on the way home from kid activities, but possibly something else if I get my act together
