I don't do it to mock him. I do it to keep reminding people his role in covering up abuses that happened in athletics.

So, is this a bad sign that the same judge will just tell Pomerantz he has to testify?  Assuming he doesn’t want to testify, what is to stop him from from just not showing up like all the Rs did for the Jan 6 committee.

Also (dumb question) but I’ve just read that Pomerantz left the job because of differences in the way case was being handled. What is Gym Jordan hoping to get from this guy.  Details to further their defense of Trump?  Can Pomerantz refuse to answer because it’s an ongoing case?  

He resigned because Bragg wouldn’t continue the investigation into another Trump-related matter (separate financials, I believe). After he and another person resigned, Bragg later resumed an investigation into the Stormy Daniels situation. So I’m a little confused about what Gym is going for here too. Like, just because you think one investigation won’t yield anything fruitful doesn’t mean you can’t pursue another.
