A man shot and killed 4 people at a residence, and then shot 3 more people at random while driving on the highway.
He'd just been released from prison last Friday, and was a convicted felon with an extensive criminal record including aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, assaulting a law enforcement officer, DUI, and multiple occasions of possessing a concealed firearm as a convicted felon.
