Does anyone’s school use LifeTouch for their kid’s school pictures?

I am trying to preorder my kid’s school pictures. It says I have the option to choose ‘25 different backgrounds’ but I can not see where do that. I don’t need 25 different backgrounds I just want to change two background pictures.

I have tried clicking on their ‘help?’ button but shockingly it’s not a clicky link. Their website sucks!

Ours does. I've never tried to preorder before they were taken, though. After they are taken, a bunch of backgrounds appear and when you click on them, you see what it looks like with your kid's picture. They will continue to spam you all year with options to order pictures and other stuff. The pictures are fine, but the constant emails are a bit much.

Did you choose a package that allows background choices? Not all of them do, so that might be the issue.

The package I choose said that I could pick between 25 different backgrounds. The only way I could change the background is if I choose individual pictures which doubled the price for less pictures. Their website is awful.

Their website is definitely awful. I was only ever able to choose backgrounds one year of elementary, but I can’t remember how I made it happen. I only buy the super basic package these days.

Does your school require you to preorder? I never do and they send an envelope home with my kid a few weeks after picture day that has her order code and a little proof. Then I decide what I want to order.

I only have to print three 5x6 or whatever that size is, so I always just get the digital proof instead of ordering a package. It's cheaper for me, and I can do that after the photo is taken

You should be able to click on the picture you want to change and the options will come up.

This is what we used to do!  But they got rid of the digital only option last year which is really frustrating to me.  I hope it comes back this year.
