Ugh this is so annoying if they rule against Colorado. The states have the right to run their own elections for the state which is one of the reasons for Federalism, so I don't see why a state doesn't have the power over the ballots.

I think the argument is that the supremacy clause means that a state can’t make a decision unilaterally that impacts a national election.

Their own arguments for dismantling the voting rights act was that states should be in control. Utterly hypocritical which is unfortunately to be expected
I am assuming Clarence Thomas recused himself because his wife helped lead the insurrection, right? Right? Just kidding - I don’t expect him to ever do the right thing…
