I want there to be conspiracy theories about this.  I'm not sure what they'd be because I'm not a crazy person, but I feel like crazy people would come up with something here.

Twitter is full of conspiracies on this. My favorites are: nervous breakdown because of Harry and William tried to file for divorce so she's punishing him

There are so many conspiracy theories on this: Kate was never there, she’s hiding because of plastic surgery, she’s in a medically induced coma, William hurt her in DV and she’s was rushed to the hospital 12/28 and hasn’t been seen since, Will threatened her with divorce and she and she and her family spirited her away, etc… KP has done a terrible job with the PR around this and the fact that they haven’t pivoted to shut the rumors down is mind boggling.

I keep thinking about this. What is better, 1) someone knowing my medical issue or 2) everyone gossiping about what crazy thing it could be. I think the gossiping would bother me more.

I don't think anything will ever shut down the gossip surrounding British royal family. I think people could have Kate's actual medical records in hand and wild stories would still persist. I wouldn't share the full story either.
