Blood looks mostly good, but I have high hemoglobin and high HCT, as well as low MCHC (this last one is typical for me). You can see your portal before your doctor shares feedback, so I’m waiting for her response on if this could be related to my symptoms.
Funny you mention this. They tested mine this AM and my results for this actually just posted right before I saw your post.
My B12 is fine (732). D is a little low (29), but not as low as it has been and I live in IL, so it’s not unusual for someone living in a Midwestern state coming out of winter.

How funny!
Hmm. Are you on any statins?
No, the only regular prescription med I take is levothyroxine. I have medically induced hypothyroidism because I had a large benign mass on my thyroid and they did a lobectomy in 2016. I’m just a ball of fun (thankfully benign so far) medical issues.

My doctor responded to the results and asked if I could have been dehydrated for the blood tests. I drank a ton of water that morning, but probably don’t drink enough regularly.
I had totally forgotten this, but when I was looking at all of my results over the last year, I remembered I have a hemangioma on my liver. Because I also have benign-appearing lesions on my kidneys, I asked my doctor if we should do an ultrasound to check on them since problems with your liver and kidneys can affect your hemoglobin and hematocrit.
My thinking is that I should just ask for those ultrasounds and then repeat the blood work in a month, making sure to hydrate a ton.
I still need to figure out all the other stuff, but I’m not freaking about the blood work since given my track record, this is probably something to monitor but not to worry about.

I have this feeling but it is mostly related to my Ankylosing Spondylitis. It is an inflammation thing in my foot that I have described as 'burning but also slightly pulsing. In my foot but not in a spot but if I had to narrow it down it would be behind the 3rd and 4th toe but around the arch area. It would feel swollen but only had a slight swollen look. "Nobody would have noticed if they weren't inspecting it". There were days when just the pressure of walking would make the pain so intense I had to crawl to the bathroom.
Based on your other symptoms, I'd recommend a great rheumatologist.
I get this sometimes and the only things ever off in my bloodwork are high hemoglobin and HCT. My doctors also say dehydration for the bloodwork, but I wonder if there isn’t some connection that isn’t widely known yet. I think I have fibromyalgia because I have every single symptom, but my dr. was hesitant to formally diagnose me.

Not sure if this is helpful or not, but I had a Morton's neuroma in my foot. It was originally caused by wearing shoes that were too narrow. It hurt the top of my foot but also the ball of my foot, so not sure if it is the same or not.
